Another way to demonstrate college-level knowledge and skills is to prepare for and pass a comprehensive final exam. This can be done by selecting a test from our list of TECEP® exams, in a subject in which you have some prior knowledge or experience. You can prepare for the test by using the test description and sample test questions, by using the recommended textbooks, or with the free, online resources we have compiled. When you feel you're ready, register to take the test. Once you pass the exam, you will receive college credit that will apply to your degree. TECEP® exams are developed by University mentors who have taught comparable courses and understand the needs of adult students. Most exams include multiple-choice questions and some have short answer or essay questions that are graded by subject matter experts.
